Built to withstand

Their imaginings;

Hopes and dreams

And future encased

In metal alloy

Breaking away

From Mother Earth

Flyspecks

Inconsequential

Impurities injected

Into the universal body.

They are a pinprick

But the galaxy

Shudders.
